New Hope Community Church's Glory Night was a huge success! Each year, near the end of October, we sponsor a time of family fun and worship outside "on the lawn". We invite the entire community to enjoy the talents of our Praise band and Worship group and sing along under the stars. The event has become extremely popular with the community and this year over 400 people were in attendance. There is so much to do: climb the rock cliff, jump in the bounce house, slide down the giant slide, have your face painted, or just relax at the food court and enjoy a complimentary hot dog dinner. Watch for our next outreach in 2007!

People from the community are welcomed at the check-in table where they receive free dinner tickets and a chance to win one of several prizes, including two guitars.

Children of all ages had a blast getting their faces painted.

The food court was a busy place all night long.

New Hope volunteers cooked and served almost 300 hot dog dinners.

God blessed us with perfect weather, and the crowd enjoyed just hanging out and listening to the music.

As usual, the preschool kids "stole the show"...

...with their sweet singing...

...and presentation of the Gospel.

Needless to say, their parents thought it was the hilite of the evening.

But the main event was New Hope's own praise band...

...who blessed us with their talents

...and led us in worship...

...until Pastor Kirby closed us in prayer. It was a wonderful time of worship and praise. We truly believe that God was glorified in Glory Night. We thank all of the volunteers from New Hope Community Church that made this night possible.
