Description:

Sometime after Jesus made His Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem, a group of Greek men sought Him out. Finding Philip, they asked to see Jesus. Philip took them to Andrew, and then the two of them introduced them to the Lord. We will consider the profound symbolic significance of this arrival of the Greeks and how it relates to the other great events in this part of John's Gospel. But most importantly, we will delve into the reason the Greeks sought Jesus out in the first place. For like the Greeks, we live in a culture that has suppressed, confused and obscured the truth about God. And so like the Greeks we will seek the truth about God in the only place it can be found-- in Jesus the Christ.
